There are no specific preparations required for Dexascan. You can wear comfortable clothing, and you may be asked to remove any metal objects that could interfere with the scan.
You will lie comfortably on a padded table, and the Dexascan scanner will pass over the targeted area, usually the hip and spine. The scanner emits a minimal amount of radiation, ensuring your safety throughout the procedure.
Our dedicated team of radiologists and healthcare professionals will be present throughout the procedure to address any questions or concerns you may have. Rest assured that you will experience no pain, and the scan will be completed within a few minutes.
