Insurance is accepted with pre-authorisation from most major UAE providers including Daman, AXA, Bupa, Cigna, and MetLife.

Our DHA-licensed nurses perform the full range of clinical nursing procedures at home, including intramuscular and subcutaneous injections (antibiotics, blood thinners, hormone therapy, vitamins), IV cannulation and infusion therapy, wound dressing and post-surgical site care, catheter insertion and management, nasogastric tube care, blood pressure and vital signs monitoring, blood glucose testing and insulin administration, nebuliser therapy, enema administration, and basic patient hygiene assistance. All procedures follow strict sterile technique and infection-control protocols.

Yes. Injection administration is one of our most frequently requested home nursing services. Our nurses can administer intramuscular injections (such as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, and vitamin B12), subcutaneous injections (such as blood thinners like Clexane and insulin), and intravenous medications when prescribed by a physician. The nurse verifies the prescription, checks for allergies, prepares the medication using sterile technique, administers the injection, and monitors for any immediate reactions before leaving.

For medication administration including injections, IV therapy, and controlled drug management, a valid physician prescription is required. Our nurse will verify the prescription before proceeding. For procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, vital signs monitoring, and general nursing care, a prescription is not always required but is recommended. If you do not have a current prescription, our doctor on call service can provide a home visit and prescribe the needed treatment, often coordinated on the same day.
