2. Medical Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, etc.)
• Medical consultations with specialists
• Laboratory services
• Health screening packages

Medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking system
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary

4. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete medical history and personal information
• Informing us of any changes to your health condition
• Following medical advice and treatment plans
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
• Settling payments as per our payment terms

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by insurance
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved insurance
• Insurance coverage is subject to verification and approval
• Any balance not covered by insurance is the patient's responsibility
• Price estimates are provided upon request

6. Insurance

We work with multiple insurance providers for direct billing. Coverage is subject to your policy terms and pre-authorization requirements. Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage and any applicable deductibles or co-payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality medical care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. DCDC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

8. Medical Records

Medical records are maintained in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations. You may request access to your medical records in writing. Copies may be provided subject to applicable fees and legal requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of DCDC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Code of Conduct

We expect all patients and visitors to:

• Treat staff and other patients with respect
• Maintain appropriate behavior in the clinic
• Follow clinic policies and procedures
• Refrain from any disruptive or harmful behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this code of conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
