A standard GP home visit starts from AED 349. This includes a full consultation, physical examination, vital signs check, diagnosis, electronic prescription, and sick leave or medical certificate if required. If additional services are needed during the visit — such as blood sample collection, injection administration, or wound dressing — these are charged separately at standard home care rates. We accept major insurance plans including Daman, AXA, Bupa, Cigna, and others with pre-authorisation. Self-pay patients receive a detailed invoice for reimbursement claims.

During standard hours, we typically dispatch a doctor within one to two hours of confirmed booking, depending on your location in Dubai and current appointment volume. Same-day visits are available seven days a week subject to capacity. For guaranteed scheduling, we recommend booking at least a few hours in advance. Pre-booked appointments allow you to select a specific time window. If your request is urgent but non-emergency, let our triage team know and we will prioritise accordingly.

Yes. Our DHA-licensed physicians can prescribe medications electronically during the home visit. Prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy, or you can use our recommended pharmacy partners who offer delivery. The doctor can prescribe antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, pain relief, anti-nausea medication, inhalers, and other commonly needed treatments. Controlled substances follow DHA prescribing regulations. If the doctor determines that a specific specialist medication is needed, they will provide a referral letter for the appropriate consultant.

Absolutely. Our physicians issue official sick leave certificates that are valid for submission to employers in the UAE. The certificate is generated digitally during your visit with the doctor's DHA licence number, clinic stamp, and diagnosis code. Medical reports for insurance claims, school absence notes, and fitness-to-work clearance letters can also be provided. These documents comply with UAE labour law requirements and are accepted by employers across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Our home GP visits cover a wide range of non-emergency conditions including fever and flu, respiratory infections, sore throat, ear infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal issues such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea, skin rashes and allergic reactions, headaches and migraines, back pain, musculoskeletal strains, minor injuries, and chronic disease reviews for diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
