What's Included in This Package

Biomarkers are measurable indicators in your blood, urine, or imaging that reveal how your body is functioning. Each one gives your doctor specific insight into a system or risk factor — here's what this package covers.

PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen)The primary blood marker for prostate cancer screening. Elevated levels may indicate prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, or prostatitis.
CBC (Complete Blood Count)Screens for blood cancers including leukemia and lymphoma by detecting abnormal white blood cell, red blood cell, or platelet counts.
Stool Occult Blood TestDetects hidden blood in stool for colorectal cancer screening — WHO-recommended and highly effective for early detection.
CA19.9 (Silver & Gold)Tumor marker for pancreatic and gastrointestinal cancers. Provides additional cancer coverage beyond the basic prostate and colorectal screening.
Abdomen + Pelvis Ultrasound (Silver)Non-invasive imaging of liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, bladder, and prostate area for mass detection.
Brain MRI (Gold)Detailed imaging of the brain to detect tumors, metastases, or other structural abnormalities not visible on standard screening.
Abdomen + Pelvis MRI (Gold)High-resolution imaging of all abdominal and pelvic organs — superior to ultrasound for detecting small lesions and characterizing masses.
Neck MRI (Gold)Imaging of the neck including thyroid, lymph nodes, and soft tissues to detect thyroid nodules, lymph node enlargement, or other masses.
Low-Dose Chest CT (Gold)CT scan of the lungs using minimal radiation — the gold standard screening test for lung cancer, recommended for high-risk individuals.
Specialist ConsultationIncluded with every tier. A specialist reviews all imaging and blood results, provides a comprehensive risk assessment, and recommends next steps.
All results reviewed by specialist doctors

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Common questions about cancer screening packages.

Our packages screen for the most common cancers by gender. For men: prostate cancer (PSA), colorectal cancer (stool occult blood), blood cancers (CBC), pancreatic/GI cancers (CA19.9 in Silver/Gold), and with Gold-tier MRI imaging we screen brain, lungs, abdominal organs, and neck. For women: ovarian cancer (CA-125), colorectal cancer, blood cancers, breast cancer (ultrasound or mammogram in Silver, MRI in Gold), and pancreatic/GI cancers.

Tumor markers like PSA and CA-125 are valuable screening tools but are not definitive on their own. An elevated marker triggers further investigation — it does not confirm cancer. PSA has a sensitivity of approximately 80% for prostate cancer. CA-125 is elevated in about 80% of advanced ovarian cancers. These markers are most valuable when combined with imaging and clinical assessment, which is why every tier includes specialist consultation.

No fasting is required for tumor marker blood tests (PSA, CA-125, CA19.9) or CBC. You can eat and drink normally before your appointment. If your package includes ultrasound imaging of the abdomen, we may ask you to fast for 4-6 hours beforehand for optimal image quality.

For men over 50 (or over 40 with family history), annual PSA screening is generally recommended. For women, annual CA-125 screening is recommended if there is a family history of ovarian cancer. Colorectal screening with stool occult blood is recommended annually for everyone over 45. Your specialist will provide personalized screening frequency recommendations based on your risk profile during the consultation.

An elevated tumor marker does not necessarily mean cancer — many benign conditions can cause elevations. Your specialist will discuss the result in context, potentially recommend repeat testing in 4-6 weeks, and may order additional imaging or referral to an oncologist if further investigation is warranted. Early detection through screening means that even if cancer is found, treatment options are more effective.

Basic includes blood tumor markers (PSA or CA-125), CBC, stool occult blood, and specialist consultation — ideal for routine cancer screening. Silver/Premium adds CA19.9 tumor marker and ultrasound imaging for a more thorough assessment. Gold provides the most comprehensive screening with full body MRI covering brain, abdomen, pelvis, neck, and chest (men) or breast (women) — the highest level of cancer screening available.

Many insurance providers cover cancer screening tests when ordered by a physician, particularly for patients in recommended age groups or with risk factors. We offer direct billing with 20+ insurance providers including Daman, AXA, Bupa, and MetLife. Our team will verify your specific coverage before your appointment.

The Gold-tier comprehensive MRI screening takes approximately 2-3 hours, covering multiple body regions (brain, abdomen, pelvis, neck, and chest CT for men or breast MRI for women). Blood tests are done first, followed by the MRI scans. Results from blood work are available within 24 hours, and MRI reports are typically ready within 24-48 hours.
